Salad:
2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
1 bunch broccoli florets, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 package ramen noodles, broken apart (don't use seasoning
packet)
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 stick butter

Dressing:
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
3/4 cup sugar (maybe more--should be sweet)
3 teaspoons soy sauce

feta cheese
fresh raspberries

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, mix together romaine lettuce, broccoli,
and green onions.

Melt the butter. Saute ramen noodles and walnuts until lightly
browned. Drain on paper towel.

Dressing:
Mix together vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce.

When ready to serve, mix lettuce mix with ramen noodles and
walnuts. Add feta cheese and raspberries to taste. Pour
dressing over salad and toss.
