Ingredients:  
3 1/2 c. pecans halves
1 c. sugar (white)
dash salt
2 egg whites stiffly beaten
1/2 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Toast nuts at 325 until brown. Then fold sugar into egg whites and beat until stiff. Fold in pecans. Melt butter in a 15x10x1 pan. Spread pecan mixture over butter. Bake 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes until no butter is left in pan.
