1 pie crust
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 t. almond extract
1 t. salt
1 t. fresh ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Bake your pie shell. Beat eggs in a large bowl, ad remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a 10 inch crust and cover edges with foil. Bake 20-25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool well.
