1 bottle beer
2 tbsp. Tony Catcher's Cajun Seasoning
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. soy sauce
4 tbsp. Italian salad dressing
brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except brown sugar in a tupperware. Pack one side of steak with brown sugar and marinate for 1 hour in tupperware in fridge.

Turn over and pack the other side of steak with brown sugar and marinate for 4 to 12 hours. Turn meat every few hours to evenly marinate.
