1 c. Flour
Dash Salt
3 Eggs beaten
1 C. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Add salt to flour, add eggs then milk.
Heat small frying pan (cast iron works best), put a little oil in before each pancake. Pour just enough batter to thinly cover pan. Cook, then turn over and cook the other side.
Slide off frying pan onto large plate and spread your favorite jelly/jam. Keep warm in seperate frying pan with melted butter/margarine.
Recipe can be doubled.
