1 medium onion chopped and sautéed
3 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 32 oz. can of chicken broth
1 15 oz. can black olives sliced
2 15 oz. can red kidney beans
1 15 oz. can corn
2 envelopes of taco seasoning
1 8 oz. bag shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in 8 qt pot until tender. Add all other ingredients and cook on medium to high heat until boiling. Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve w/ cheddar cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.
