Lemon Poppy Seed Cake Recipe

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
1 c. warm water
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 t. lemon juice
2 t. grated lemon peel
2 Tbls poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat all the ingredients together until fluffy.
Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool in pan until cake starts to pull away from the sides. Put cake plate over the top of the pan and flip over. Cake must be removed while the cake is still warm or it will stick to the pan.
Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar or drizzle with a mixture of powdered sugar and lemon juice.
