2 c. milk
1/4 c. instant potatoes
2 pkgs rapid rise yeast
1 t. salt
2/3 cup lard
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
6-7 c. flour
1/2 c warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water, 105 degrees max. Bring milk to a boil in a small pot remove from heat and stir in the potatoes,salt and sugar. Pour into a large mixing bowl. Add the soft lard and mix well. Let this mixture cool to below 105 degrees then add yeast,mixing well. Add the flour 2 cups at a time until the dough starts to pull away from the side of your bowl..... Pour out onto a lightly floured board and knead for 5 minutes. Place into a large bowl to raise.Cover and let rise until doubled. Punch down and make into rolls. Place on a cookie sheet and let rise until doubled. Bake in a 400 for 20 minutes or until done.
