3 pkgs. dry yeast, not rapid rise
1/2 c. warm water, 105 degrees
1 c. warm water
2/3 c. sugar
3 T instant potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Stir yeast into the 1/2 cup of warm water until dissolved. Add warm water,sugar and instant potatoes. Stir well and cover with a dishtowel. Let stand all day or overnight at room temperature. Place a piece of foil with holes in it over the top of the jar.Refrigerate 2-5 days in a glass jar. then feed with, 1 c. warm water
3/4 c. sugar
3 T instant potatoes
Stir in and recover. Let stand out all day or overnight at room temperature. Then use 1 cup to make bread or pancakes. Remember to refeed every 7-10 days.
