1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 t. pepper
1 t. salt
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

Sauce:
2 c. tomato juice
2 T. flour
1/4 c. water
3/4 bottle bbq sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and form into small balls. (1 t. per ball). Bake at 350 for 15 minute's, turn and bake another 15 minutes. Remove from oven.
Mix the sauce ingredients together and bring to a boil over low heat. Add meatballs and simmer for 45 minutes.

I REMEMBER:

Jumping out of bed and running downstairs to stand behind the red hot wood stove to get warm. The whole family would be there except Mom, she would be in the kitchen getting breakfast ready for 4 hungry lads. Pancakes and eggs most mornings. My favorite meal to this day.
