2 heads cauliflower
1/2 stick butter
4 stalks celery
1 large onion
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
8 thin pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and slice cauliflower. Chop celery and onion. Cook with cauliflower until tender. Cut pork chops into bite-size pieces. Brown in butter, cooking slowly until done. Add pork to vegetables and simmer for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top and enjoy.
