2 (15 1/2 0z) cans black-eyed peas with jalapeno peppers, rinsed and drained
1(10 oz) can diced tomatoes and green chiles
1 can white corn
1 avocado , diced
1 small green pepper, diced
1/2 red onion, diced, optional
3/4 c zesty Italian dressing
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 t salt
corn chips

Stir all together. Cover and chill. Serve with corn chips.
