2 large bell peppers
1 onion, diced
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
2 T. water
3-4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1-16 oz. can diced tomatoes (can use Rotel)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bell peppers in 1/2 and place under broiler until charred. Remove and mince (dice or whatever). Brown bell peppers and onions. Add tomatoes and water bring to boil. Then simmer 7-8 minutes. Add cream cheese - blend in simmer another 7-8 minutes. If too thick add more water.
