1 egg white
1/2 c. sugar
4 T. water
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
3 c. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water & egg white, beat until stiff. In separate large bowl, mix dry ingredients. Add pecans to egg white mixture, coat pecans. Pour pecans into dry mixture and coat pecans again. Spread pecans on buttered cookie sheet. Bake 250 for 1 hour. Turn one time.
