1 lb. asparagus cut in 2 1/2" diagonal slices


Oyster Sauce Dressing
1/2 t. sugar
1 - 2 t. Soy Sauce
1 Tbls oyster sauce
1/2 t. sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Blanch cut asparagus in boiling water for 2 minutes only. Rinse in cold water immediately.

Mix dressing well and toss with asparagus. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
