1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons oil
4 cloves, garlic, minced
1 (4 lb) whole chicken
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together first 4 ingredients; reserve 1/2 of mixture.

Cut chicken in half, sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper. Place chicken in a large plastic bag, Pour 1/2 of teriyaki mixture over chicken; seal bag and chill 8 hours.

Remove chicken from marinade, discard marinade. Place chicken, skin side up on aluminum foil-lined 15 x 10 pan.

Bake at 450 for 45 minutes. Brush with reserved teriyaki mixture.
