2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 lb orange roughy fillets (or other fish)
1/2 cup fine cornflake crumbs

Directions:

Stir together first 4 ingredients; brush over fillets. Dredge fillets in crumbs; place on lighly greased baking sheet.

Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
