4 c. peaches (chopped)
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick of butter (melted)
1 c. sugar
1 egg (beaten)
1 c. self-rising flour


Directions:
Directions:
Mix the fruit and 1/4 cup of sugar together in bowl. Add butter, remaining sugar, egg and self-rising flour together. Add fruit mixture to that, place in casserole dish, and bake at 325-350 for 45 minutes.
