1/2 c. of butter (1 stick)
2 eggs
2 c. flour
3/4 c. pecans (chopped)
1 c. sugar
3 ripe bananas
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, eggs and sugar as for any cake. Sift together the dry ingredients, and mix in the bananas and nuts.
Butter 2 bread pans then lightly flour. Add mixture and bake slowly in moderate oven (250). Cook until golden brown, and do not undercook (2- 2 1/2 hours).
