1 Chocolate cake mix
Amount of water as per
1 tsp. vanilla
package of cake mix
4 eggs
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 - 7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
Icing:
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, water, vanilla, eggs, coconut, and pecans. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake 350 for 45 minutes. Pour marshmallow cream over hot cake. Cool cake. While cake is cooling combine the icing ingredients in sauce pan. Bring to boil and boil for 1 minute. Stirring constantly. remove from heat and stir lightly. Pour over cooled cake immediately.
