1 pkg. Jell-O (lemon or orange)
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. orange or lemon extract


1 tsp butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar
Juice of 1 lemon or orange

Mix all the cake ingredients together and beat for 7 minutes. Bake in stem pan for 45 minutes for 350. Cool and invert on cake plate. Mix icing and ice cake.
