2 cups orange juice
1 cup olive oil
1 cup red wine
5-8 cloves of garlic, pressed
1 tbsp. coarse black pepper
1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
8 duck breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients; add duck breasts and marinate for 24 hours. Grill to a medium rare. Serve with your favorite sauce. (Horseradish and honey mustard is GREAT!)
