1 cup uncooked rice (can use white or brown)
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can beef broth or beef consomme, undiluted
3/4 stick of butter, cut in pats

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soups with rice and mix well.
Add pats of butter to the mixture and stir well to distribute the butter throughout.
Pour mixture into a greased 2 qt. casserole dish. (I use a round casserole for this dish). Cover tightly with foil if your dish does not have a glass top.
Cook at 350 for 45 to 50 min. (If using brown rice, may take up to 1 hr.) Remove cover and stir well. Re-cover and keep warm until serving.
