1 cup of Uncle Ben's Converted Rice
1 1/4 cups of water
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add rice and water in the top part of a double boiler and cover. Cook for about 20 minutes and test to see that rice is tender and water is absorbed. Cook over medium to low heat after water is boiling and check lower part of double boiler to make sure there is enough water while cooking.

This works for any amount of rice. Always add equal amounts of rice and water PLUS 1/4 cup water. Larger amounts may take longer to cook.
