3/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onions
1 (17 oz.) can English peas, drained
1 (12 oz.) can shoe peg corn, drained
1 (12 oz.) can diced pimento, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first five ingredients. Bring to boil for 1 minute, then cool. Combine remaining ingredients, toss lightly. Pour marinade over and stir. Cover and refrigerate.
