1 small onion, chopped 1/4 cup butter 1 1/3 cups uncoked orzo or other small pasta 1 can beef consomme 1 cup water 1 can mushrooms 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce dash pepper
In large skillet, saute onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until pasta is tender and liquid is absorbed.
