4 flour tortillas
1 carton onion and chive cream cheese spread
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 lb thinly sliced cooked roast beef

Directions:
Directions:
Spread one side of each tortilla with cream cheese; top with carrots and Monterey Jack cheese. Layer with beef. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.

Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

Cut into 1 inch slices.
