1 pk. yellow cake mix, 3 eggs, 3/4 c. oil, 1 small can Mandarin oranges - plus juice,

Topping: 1 - 8 oz. cool whip (thawed), 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 pk. instant vanilla pudding, 1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple - plus juice

Directions:

Beat cake mix, eggs, oil, oranges and juice for 3 minutes. Pour mixture in a grease a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.

After cake is cool, mix topping together and spread on top of cake. Refrigerate.
