2 cup uncooked wide egg noodles
4 bacon strips, diced
4 tablespoons chopped onions
4 teaspoons flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon parsley

Cook noodles according to package directions.

Meanwhile in skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon.

In drippings, saute onion until tender. Stir in flour, sugar, salt and mustard. Gradually stir in water. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 1 minute. Reduce the heat.

Drain noodles. Add noodles, bacon, vinegar and parsley to onion mixture. Cook 2 minutes longer or until heated through.
