1 (18-oz.) roll Pillsbury refrigerated
c. caramel ice cream topping
sugar cookies
1 c. flaked coconut
2 T. all-purpose flour
1 c. pecan pieces (I used walnuts)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 F. Spray 13x9 pan with nonstick cooking spray. Cut dough into 1/2 tick slices; arrange in bottom of sprayed pan. With floured fingers, press dough evenly to cover bottom of pan. Bake at 3500 f. for 10 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Meanwhile, in glass measuring cup, combine caramel topping and flour; stir until smooth. Remove partially baked crust from oven. Sprinkle with pecans, coconut and chocolate chips. Drizzle with caramel mixture. Return to oven, bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until topping is bubbly. Cool 1 hours or until completely cooled. Cut into bars.
