2 egg whites
3/4 c sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp cream of tartar (optional)
6 oz mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix egg whites and salt until foamy. Add cream of tartar. Gradually add sugar. Fold in chocolate chips. Place wax paper on cookie sheet, turn oven off, put cookies in oven and leave overnight.
