1 package brownie mix
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract

Filling:
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
2 eggs
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1 cup flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, beat brownie mix, oil, eggs and extract until blended. Set aside 1 cup for topping. Sread the remaining batter into a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until edges crack.

For filling; in bowl, beat cream cheese, eggs, extracts and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in coconut. Carefully spread over brownies.

Drop reserved batter by teaspoonfuls onver fillng. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

Store in refrigerator.
