Prepare pie as usual
Microwave on high for 16 to 17 minutes
Finish baking in 400 to 425 degree oven to brown.
Great for fruit 2 crust pies, pumpkin, and 1 crust custard. Do not use for cream pies. Bottom crust gets well done and never "sticky."
