4 cups seasoned croutons
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
10 eggs, slightly beaten
4 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp onion powder
2 cups cubed ham, canadian bacon or browned sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Place croutons in buttered 9 X 13 pan. Cover with cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt, mustard, onion powder and a little pepper together. Pour over the chesse and croutons. Place meat on top, may need to press down into the egg mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Can be made up the night before and refrigerated until baking.
