2 pkgs yeast
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 tsp sugar

2 cups warm water
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup shortening
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
8 to 10 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine yeast, 1/2 cup lukewarm water and 1 tsp sugar in bowl and set aside until bubbly.
Add and mix well:
2 cups warm water
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup shortening
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs and
8 to 10 cups flour.
Cover and let rise 2 hours or so. Form into buns and let rise again. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done. Also makes good cinnamon rolls.
