1 large bag of prewashed spinach (9 oz)
2 gloves garlic, minced
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp grated parmesien cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1/8 tsp of ground nutmeg (optional)
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a large skillet to medium high, and and the olive oil. Saute galric and red pepper flakes until the garlic is just starting to brown.

Add spinach in stages until all spinach is in the pan, turning often to mix the garlic and pepper flakes throughout the greens.

When spinach is thoroughly cooked, add lemon juice and let the juice cook out for a minute or so.

Sprinkle on parmesien cheese and add salt to taste.

Serve hot.
