4 cooked chicken breasts - cubed (or whole pre-cooked chicken from grocery store)
1 bag of Nacho Doritos
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
c. chicken stock
package of dry taco mix
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Combine soups, stock and taco mix to make a sauce.
Line a 9 x 12 casserole with Doritos.
Place a layer of chicken, onion and celery. Repeat layers.
Pour sauce on top of chicken, onion and celery and then top it off with the cheese.
Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes.
