1 c. all purpose flour
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
4 large eggs
1 c. dark corn syrup
c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Do this in a food processor: Combine flour and 1/3 cup brown sugar; cut in cup butter with a pastry blender until crumbly. Press mixture evenly into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 15 to 17 minutes.

Combine 1 cup brown sugar and the eggs, dark corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract and salt, stirring well. Stir in pecans. Pour filling over prepared crust. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until set. (check after 25 minutes). Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
