1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup crushed saltine crackers
1 can tomato soup
1 egg
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Sauce:

1 cup ketchup
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all meat loaf ingredients in a large bowl until mixed thoroughly. On a sheet pan (with a raised edge) lined with parchment paper, form meat mixture into a loaf in the center of the pan.

Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meat loaf, spreading it to make sure of even coverage.

Bake for 1 hour and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
