6 eggs
2 c. milk
6 slices white bread cubed with crusts removed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. sausage
2 to 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage and drain. Add Tabasco to sausage. In separate bowl, beat eggs and then add milk, salt, dry mustard and cubed bread. Stir. Then add cheese and sausage and stir. Put into 8 x 12 dish and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
