Personal Notes:
This recipe is a popular one among Italians and everyone has their variation, but they are all good. Mary Ann is like a sister friend. She is always there when I need her. She has been with me through difficult times as well as good times. We have been on retreats together and developed a spiritual friendship. I am very blessed to have her in my life. I am also blessed to know her husband, Jack. He is such a great and steady person! He serves at the Soup Kitchen faithfully and has been there for me in a variety of ways.
