3/4 cup biscuit mix
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup ranch dressing
4 boneless skinless chickn breasts
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cups frozen corn

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425. Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray.

In shallow bowl, mix biscuit mix and pepper.

In another shallow bowl, pour 1/2 cup of dressing.

Coat chicken with dressing, then coat with biscuit mix., pressing so coating sticks to chicken. Place in pan. Drizzle with butter.

Bake uncovered about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook corn as directed on bag; drain.Stir remaining 1/4 cup dessing into corn. Spoon warm corn relish onto serving plate. Arrange chicken on corn.
