3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
3/4 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
3 green onions (chopped)
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
5 slices fried, crumbled bacon
2 c. cooked wild rice
Unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450
Combine all ingredients Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and continue baking for 30 minutes more.
