1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter
1 egg
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspon baking soda
1/2 cup water

Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
4-5 teaspoons cold strong coffee

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom and sides of 13 x 9 baking dish.

In large bowl, beat brown sugar, butter and egg. Stir in remaining bar ingredients. Spread in pan.

Bake 20-22 minutes.

Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix all glaze ingredients with spoon until smooth and thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle over bars while warm.
