4 tablespoons butter
2 cups chopped onion
2 (8 oz) packages fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup parsley
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large saucepan. Saute onions for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and saute another 5 minutes. Stir in paprika, soy sauce, and broth. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.

In small bowl, whisk together milk and flour. Add to soup and stir until well blended. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in salt, pepper, lemon juice, parsley, and sour cream. Mix and heat through, 3-5 minutes (do not boil).
