1 lb ground beef
1 tsp Mexican chili powder (Hispanic section)
1 yellow onion
2 cans of tomato soup
1 stalk of celery
2 cans red kidney beans
Garlic to taste
1 can chili beans
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 can cut stewed tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown ground beef with onions and celery. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Drain grease and put meat in a stock pot. Add soup, beans, tomatoes and chili powders. Cover and simmer approx 2 hours before serving. Great with cornbread.
