Ingredients:  
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
4 egg whites
2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and milk alternating times to butter and sugar mixture. Beat egg white until stiff and fold into the flour mixture. Bake in 9x13 pan or 9 cake pans. 350 for 30 minutes.
