1 lb boneless beef round steak, cut into 1 inch pieces.
1 lb small red potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices
2 medium carrots, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon beef bouillon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 (14 oz) cans beef broth
1 can sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
In 5 quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients except water and flour; mix well.

Cover and cook on low setting for 8-9 hours.

About 35 minutes before serving, blend water and flour until smooth. Gradually stir into soup. Increase heat to high setting; cover and cook an additional 30 minutes until thickened.
