Plain flour (w/salt & pepper added)
26 oz. Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 small can Golden Mushroom Soup
1 chopped onion
salt & pepper
6 pheasant breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Flour pheasant and brown in skillet. place in baking dish, add soups and onion and cover with water (about 1-1/2 can). Cover with foil and bake 2-1/2 hours at 325.

Joe got this recipe when he went pheasant hunting in Regent, North Dakota. It is absolutely wonderful, and has made pheasant one of my favorites. I had to call Brenda in Regent to get the recipe and I told her that she was making southern women look bad, and there's nothin' meaner than a mad southern woman!
