6 lbs baby back ribs
1 onion, sliced
Cooking oil
Bottled bar-b-que sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut rib rack into 6 or 7 pieces. Cover with flour. Heat oil in a skillet and saute onions. Remove onions from skillet. Brown ribs and place in a large baking pan covered with aluminum foil. Ribs may be on top of each other. Place onions on top of ribs and cover with as much bar-b-que sauce as you like. Cook at 375 for 2 hours or until done.

Mother always made these for me for my birthday dinner. I do not remember her ever grilling outside. I have continued to make ribs this way and we all love them.
